This Cookie Policy explains how Hey Cass AI (operated by ThinkBOLD Solutions, LLC) uses cookies and similar technologies on heycass.ai. It works alongside our Privacy Policy.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use related technologies such as local storage, session storage, and tracking pixels. We refer to all of these as “cookies” in this policy.

2. The four categories we use

Required for the site to function. They cannot be turned off. This includes:

• Your consent decision— stored in your browser so we don't have to ask again on every page load
• Session and security — protecting against CSRF, rate-limiting abuse, and keeping you signed in to features as they launch
• Form state— remembering what you typed into the waitlist form so a refresh doesn't erase it

Functional cookies (opt-in)

Improve quality-of-life features. None set today. Reserved for future use such as remembering your preferred font size, dismissed announcements, and similar UX preferences.

Analytics cookies (opt-in)

Help us understand which pages are popular, where visitors come from, and how the site performs. Includes:

• Our CRM provider's tracking script — measures page views, visit duration, referrers, and stitches repeat visits to a single anonymous identifier. Cookie lifetime up to 1 year.
• Hosting provider analytics — first-party, privacy-preserving page-view aggregation from our edge network. No personal identifiers.

Marketing cookies (opt-in)

Used to measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns or to retarget visitors. None set today. Reserved for future advertising integrations (e.g., LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel) once campaigns launch.

3. How to control cookies

When you first visit heycass.ai, our cookie consent banner asks which categories you accept. You can:

• Reject non-essential — keep only the essential category active
• Customize — toggle each category individually

5. Do Not Track

Because there is no industry consensus on how to respond to Do Not Track browser signals, our site does not currently respond to DNT headers. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal instead.
