hey cass.

changelog

we ship like the job depends on it.

Because it does. What's landed recently, in plain language — beta agencies see these the day they ship.

  1. July 21, 2026

Find anything, from anywhere in the app

Search now sits in the sidebar, the mobile bar, and the chat and incident screens, and it reaches across your statements, templates, campaigns, stories, ideas, community posts, and messages. The sidebar is grouped by what you are trying to do rather than one long list, and you can pin the handful of screens you live in so they follow you between your phone and your desk.

  2. July 19, 2026

This day in history, on your dashboard

Home and Campaigns surface what happened on this date in the fire service and public safety, plus the community days worth marking, tuned to your discipline. Any entry can go straight to Cass as a draft. Entries marking a loss carry a remembrance label and a source link instead, because some history is not a prompt for a post.

  3. July 16, 2026

Cass remembers what you have already said

Your past statements are now searchable by meaning, not just by keyword, so you can find how you handled a similar call last year and build on it. Cass uses that archive when it drafts, which keeps your agency sounding like one voice across months of incidents.

  4. July 11, 2026

Fun posts are in, and chat got a better memory

Community-engagement content is officially in scope: awareness campaigns, recruiting, thank-yous, and yes, clever, with Cass matching the tone you ask for. Long chats keep a running memory past twenty turns, dates resolve on your local clock, and Cass now answers app questions with a link to the right screen.

  5. July 10, 2026

Finished social graphics in your agency's colors

Pick a template, type your text, and Cass renders a finished graphic with your colors and logo. Fourteen designs across disciplines, square and landscape, straight into your media library. Cass seed posts can now be approved onto a schedule and tracked on the content calendar.

  6. July 10, 2026

Headlines: know when you make the news

Monitoring watches coverage that mentions your agency and surfaces it in a headlines feed with trends, so the story never gets ahead of you.

  7. July 10, 2026

    Multi-discipline agency setup

Agencies now set up as fire, law enforcement, EMS, emergency management, schools, utilities, or public health, and can pick several at once. Cass's scenarios, defer-to authorities, and watch terms follow your disciplines.

  8. July 9, 2026

Story pipeline and the content calendar

Develop story ideas into finished content, and see events, observances, scheduled posts, and releases together on one calendar.

  9. July 8, 2026
